You get paid for quality not quantity and the quality of your posts and discussions are decided by the viewers. If your reply if marked + then you earn from that comment. You don't earn much for random posts

thankyou siddharthjeevan for the information, i guess the post that haven't been rated by users are also counted as participation and you get paid even just for writing, but i am not sure, i feel FAQ section of Mylot is quite weak

Hello there
I haven't forgotten and I will explain what heappened when I fo get to you
Oh if you start a new post and it does not receive a response it will not earn you anything. All those users who start no end of one line 'discussions' are going o very disappointed I fear.

If you start a discussion and it receives zero responses you will not earn for it.
When it gets its first response you will earn something.
Then if it gets more responses you will not earn from them. The users who respond will earn. BUT you can go and comment on all the responses, immediately or even weeks or months later, with an interesting 4-5 line comment and you will then earn because we earn for our own activity here and not for the activity of others.

We are told in the Guidelines that saying 'thank you' will not cause our earnings to increase at all. We can of course say 'thank you' but we should add something else to it to make a longer and more interesting ocmment which will definately cause an increase in earnings.

well you dont earn based on the numbers but based on the quality...be it 10 posts a day if it really worth then ur paid...if not ur dumped...so be precise in your answers and never deviate from the question..answer as much as you can...answer to the questions of your interest...that will do...all the best

Welcome to mylot. Iniatially, when i join mylot, i have similar thought with you. As the time goes one, your curiousity will reduce and you'll have more confident on mylot. As beginner, you should do respond to as many discussions as you can with quality contents. Bring in people as your referrals and you can earn 25% from their earnings, it's a very easy method.

You get paid for starting discussions, posting comments to your discussions, and posting responses to other discussions. I think I read a post not to long ago, that if your discussions doesn't get any responses, then you don't get paid. You have to get at least one response. If I am wrong about that, then correct me. Anything you do in here though, as to be quality as that is what mylot is looking for over quantity. Also it all depends on how active and your participation as to how much you get paid as well. Just post quality and you will see your earnings increase daily. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.
