while posting any new discussion or any new response or comment do you make the use of preview option before posting or you post it directly?

Well i don't usually make use of the preview option unless i'm posting emoticons. If i'm posting emoticons then i preview them just to make sure that i'm not posting the wrong emoticon. LOL

Yes if you are confident that you have not made any typing or spelling mistake then there is no need for preview and it will also save time.
