but its not sunday today ....jus kidding...so remebering sunday items u r feeling hungry ...???....but i dont have any such thing..we make any dishes alterantely, the special may be on other days also...we are vegetarians...so all the veres are repeated in a kind of cycle...and sometimes some special kinds of pulses or beans...etc will do...nowadays the monsoon has been late, and due to too hot season there is shortage of fresh vegetables..so have to go for some other dry items..but still we enjoy anything made with keen interest..tastes good

I dun have sunday dinner.. Dinner for me is the same everyday.. lol =D ONly that things are being cooked in a different way.. None of my family members eats beef, lamb, pork, and thus we have got only fish and chicken as meat.. lol =D SO it's just very basic dinner with some eggs, vegetables, soup and that shall be my everyday dinner.. lol =D

Sunday is actually the only day I don't usally cook. We usually eat left overs or easy to heat things on Sundays. During the football season I will make chili, or sloppy joes or something in the crock pot that people can help their selves to all day. I cook all week long so I need a break from it once a week, Not a total break usually I will fix something, but it will be something really easy. My mom always used to make some kind of a roast on Sundays. That was always nice.

I have a lot of them it's hard to choose #1. Near the top of the list is a Honey Baked Ham, with my famous pineapple gravy, Mashed potatoes ( i boil them with minced onion, and when I mash them I put 1/2 butter and 1/2 sour cream), sweet potatoes, asparagus, Peas with pearl onions in a cream sauce, and fresh baked sour dough biscuits. That'll work!!!! tdemex

What is it about chicken on Sunday? I never miss a Sunday! You sound like a better cook than I. Be careful or I might just show up at your door, hungry, next Sunday. YUM!!

Vegetable salad paired with steamed chicken and ginger sauce is simply luscious especially with the whole family around. Not much cholesterol and low carb. Great!
