Putting on weight is concerning me and it seems I have to reduce my diet! Is it that diffuicult to shed weight and reduce yourself to the original shape and body? I find it amazing that one can put on huge amounts of calories but when it comes to reducing it, only one answer comes to my mind, reduce intake of calories and burn more. Is there any other way please comment?

I am trying to lose weight for quite some time now. I don't like to exercise. I feel that I get plenty at work pushing my heavy medication cart and dashing back and forth down the hall. I try to take the stairs rather than the elevator when I can. I am also trying to make better food choices. That is the hardest part. I love pasta and ice cream and cake. With those things I am working on portion control. Yes, I still eat them, but less than before. I am also trying to drink more water. Water can be filling and is also good for you. Good luck to you in your weight loss plan.

i agree, water does really help, especially when you drink first before you have your meal. i think a glass of juice is also good.

Actually if u ask people who are fat hey will say that it is very hard to shed weight...at the same time if you ask people who are slim they would say it is hard to put on weight...so noting in this world comes easy...all we have to do is work hard... by working hard we can succeed in everything...all the very best..whatever you do, do it with full involvement... happy mylotting

I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy. I am trying to take off that extra weight. It took me a while to lose weight after my first pregnancy but I finally got it off. It can be frustrating.

Yah, it really is a concern to every individual who gains a weight. Well, as for me, it's not that difficult if you put interest on it and discipline. Ofcorz PROPER diet and REGULAR exercise is a must. If your on a diet, just remember not to STARVE yourself, just limit the calorie intake. Jogging, biking, and a simple day to day walk on the road will surely help a lot.

I'm looking at spot fat reduction using lipolaser, and found one home version at Vital Solutions (www.visol.com). It is called the Slimray and is relatively inexpensive and scientifically proven to work with the body's natural fat burning mechanism (or something like that). It sounds very promising. Honestly, I have no doubt about whether the system will work. I have purchased some products from www.visol.com before and they have served me well - visible results, more than satisfied. Vital Solutions also stands by their product with money back guarantee and warranty. I guess the best way is to check their website where they have information for you to make your own informed purchase decision. It is the Slimray from http://visol.com
