Good list. Are North Korea and Pakistan official now? I know India is on the fence. Plus, didn't many of the former Soviet satellite states get to keep their access to Nuclear Weapons?

I forgot India, thanks for the reminder. And i wasn't aware the soviet nations maintained control of there nuclear arsenal, wow, thats kinda creepy.
