Do you go to home shopping parties?

i never have home shopping parties. i've gone to a couple, one was for make-up and one was for lingerie. both of them were fun because i got to hang out with my friends and be silly. i didn't buy anything either time because both were when i was in college and had very little money. that's the only bad thing, when i'd go i'd feel guilty for not buying anything. and for example, at the lingerie party, they'd have some ugly pajamas or a ugly thong and it's stuff i wouldn't buy anyway, but if i did buy it i know i could go to a regular store and get it for half the price. some people make a lot of money selling this stuff so good for them! but i couldn't do it.

It's been a while since I went to one....the last one being a Butterfly party that sells purses and jewelry...the purses were quite expensive but I bought myself two. I was very disappointed that they didn't last or hold up like I expected them to. I don't ever have those parties.
