Are you a church-goer? How is your relationship with God?

I just came from the church. We heard the morning mass and went to McDonalds for breakfast after. I'm not really a church-goer, I just go to church whenever I feel like it. But I can say I have a healthy relationship with God. I pray before going to bed and I talk to Him whenever and wherever I think there is a need for it. Religion-aside, I feel calm when I get to pray and share my sentiments to the world with God. I know He's just there listening to my every wish. He may not give what I want all the time, but I have this strong conviction that He'll always give us better things...better than what we could ever imagine.

I go to church whenever I feel like it. I don't go and attend service because I feel obliged to do so. My relationship with God has been wonderful. I know He is there for me and He knows I love him. I believe God is there and He watches out for me...I pray and talk to Him in times that I feel I needed to. We have a healthy balanced relationship and it's certainly just between us. I don't have to show it to anyone, nor do I have to prove it. God and I know, we are good.

I'm a regular church-goer. I go there to worship, to fellowship, and to serve. Our church is like a real family, so fellowship is great. I have a personal relationship with God. This doesn't have anything to do with religion. I belong to a denomination because we share the same belief and follow the same doctrines.

That is very true, I too have healthy relationship with God. I make sure to go to church twice every week. And pray to God in good and bad times. I believe that God gives us what he thinks is best for us and also at the right time.

The more near the Church the more away from God.

Honestly, because of my cravings for an additional income, I'm beginning to loosen up my relationships with God. I seldom hear church mass nowadays, because I am always busy sleeping because of my online job related activities. Sundays is the only day that I get to sleep the whole day because I don't have job, it is also the only day of the entire week that I have the chance of washing my clothes in order for me to have something to wear for the entire week. But despite of these, I still continue to maintain my close relationships with God. I do pray a lot during and after I wake up. I also read my Didache, it's an inspirational booklet for me reflect on for the entire day. And besides, going to the church is not a basis on how you are closely connected with God, it is within ourselves....

i regularly attend our church worship services...it is important to me because i believe that attendance at worship services is my obligation to the Lord...and that when i am in such worship services, i feel the Spirit of the Lord that strengthens my faith and my relationship to Him...and through this services i was able to receive His messages, His words...which i believe the food for my soul... i am glad for you that you have a good relation to God...have a nice day and more blessings to come!

I believe in God, always have and probably always will but I do not attend church and probably never will. That does not mean that my faith is any less weaker than those who do attend, its just that I choose to believe from my own house and in my own way. I don't have anything against the ones that attend church but I also don't like how the ones that do attend church push the lord and attending church on you so heavily. I feel a person should be able to worship in their own way.
