What is the root cause of terrorsim?

What is the root cause of this virus terrorism? I think the unemployment has lead to terrorism and some educated unemployed guys are used by terrorist gangs against some country. This should be stopped and educated people should think and employment percentage should be increased. What is your comments friends?

corrupt politics... unemployment... brain drain... lots of factors... most of it we cant even think bout... unless we experience them ourselves...
