Whats different betwwen SEO and TRAFFIC?

SEO is a technique which can make your website or blog exposed to other internet users and doing this SEO process your url is exposed in search engines at top rank and you get traffic.

You have already gotten some great tips. I will only add a few ideas. I have gotten quality backlinks by reviewing other people's blog pots. I will state where it came from, paraphrase the post (with a link to the original blog), I then add some additional information about the subject. I have gotten some quality backlinks this way. Beware of SEO and backlink services. If you site appears to get backlinks too quickly, you site may get "sandboxed". I did not believe this till it happened to one of my sites. I started with a Article Marketing submission service. They let you choose how many directories get your articles a day. I thought, "the more the merrier" and did not set a limit. One of my sites got 600 backlinks in one day. They are legitimate backlinks. I could have done the same thing without the service but it would have taken much longer. My site traffic greatly picked up. I gained over 100 visitors in one day. Three days later, my visitors tanked. I checked the search engines. The post that had received the backlinks had been de-indexed. The best I can find out, big swings in backlinks can look like spam to the search engines.
