Hello,
I know what you mean. I actually woke up today feeling that way as well, just kind of washed out, dizzyness, and sick.
I am taking some vitamins called True Essentials, and they are great. They really help to keep your immune system operating above normal. I haven't been to a doctor for anything in literally years, b/c I am usually able to fight it off by taking the vitamins and extra doses of Vitamin C.
The vitamins are marketed through my company actually. Check them out and let me know if you want to try some.
Good Luck,

I drink hot tea with lemon or hot drinks. Drinks that are rich with natural Vitamin C like lemon, calamansi, orange, and more.
If you have a sore throat, drink ginger tea. Just slice a big piece of ginger and some water. after boiling water, drink it frequently. You can add sugar according to your preference.

Humidifier, lots of liquids, rest, and a decongestion. I hope you feel better. Since this is 5 weeks ago, I certainly hope you are all better now.

COLD AND FLU:
Here is a delicious recipe for a cold and flu soup: Sauté 6 crushed cloves of garlic in 1 tsp. vegetable oil until golden. Pour in a quart of beef or chicken stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and whisk in 2 egg whites. Beat together 2 egg yolks and 2 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar; pour this mixture into the soup. Season with salt and pepper and top with croutonsif desired

This is not flu. This may be cause from alergic symptom. Flue symptoms are pain in whole body, temperature will high, some headache. Sore throat and body aches cause due to something happen in the blood or alergy but it do not last longer time. You can take little histamin type medicine and take rest and sleep then it will go. If no result better consult with doctor because sometime chicken pox may cause sore and aches with huge pain in hole body and high temperature. I think andy pray that your disease not chicken pox.

Hot lemon tea, sugar no milk. Vitamin C, which helps prevent the flu, rather that cures the symptoms once you have it. Finally, chicken soup works although scientists do not know why. Just eat a little bit regularly during the day as it will help get rid of the symptoms.
Oh, and stay in bed because there is no point in spreading your germs to the rest of the household.
