I lifted 260 pounds today!!!!

Hey friends, This morning we had a bench press competetion in Gym. 10 guys were picked and was asked to lift maximum weights they can. Iam very happy to say I lifted 120 kgs thats is around 260 pounds . Another friend of mine lifted 300 pounds which was the maximum. I think i will be able to compete this time in the bench press competetions . So friends have u ever lifted this amount of weight or would u like to anytime? Cheers, Tutul

Man!! you sure seem to have the right body, mate! I can only dream of doing half that weight. All the best for your competitions and please do sharing your future achievements.

hey there, Just like us u can do it as well. It just needs patience, power and a lot of stamina. Eat well, sleep well and exersixe well,lol. Never lose hope and u never know u may be lifitng more than that. Lets meet in a competetion then Cheers, Tutul

Haha.. even meeting you in a competition would require a lot of hard work from me. Will try though and will let you know if I muster that courage in this lifetime Thanks for the B.R.

I don't know much about this weight lifting game...But still I wish you all the best.... I never tried to lift weights...It is near to impossible for a bit underweight person like me...

Hey, Thanks for the wishes. Well u dont have to lift weights but u can certainly workout to gain some weight. Try joining a gym and then start working out, do free hand exersixes and most importantly eat right food, sleep well and minor changes in life style can change a lot of things . Cheers, Tutul

Well Im hoping on doing 100kg's by the end of the summer. Right now Im doing 5 reps of 80 so Im hoping that I would be able to achieve it and of course 120 too... Maybe in a year or two thou

Hey head, I checked yr pro and u look strong and atheletic. U can certainly make it and I know 260 pounds is nothing when u r talking about body buiding. One should aim at lifting 260 kgs rather than pounds,lol. Anyways good luck! hope we meet in some sort of competetion in the future. Cheers, Tutul
