It is said that we should eat vegetables and spices to have a solid protection of AH1N1 VIRUS. What can you say about this advice? Are you willing to change your lifestyle out of having meat all the time in the meals and move to vegetarian now a days? For me I will double in veggies rather than meat for the meantime to have a secure resistance of the disease spreading in the whole world. And the updates it is spread not in airborn but it will be in the droplets manner.

vegetables - vegetables plants
I don't have to change my lifestyle when it comes to eating right foods. We always have vegetables in our dining table during meal times. If eating vegetables and spices could help us in fighting the virus of AH1N1 then by all means we will eat more vegetables.

Well i dont have anything against it, and beside its for our own benefit. I am not more in eating meat so no problem with me eaing vegetables. Now that we are facing problems like swine flu or A(H1N1) we must take care of our health. As the saying goes "prevention is better that cure" - so let us be responsible start with ourself and do things right. Goodluck and keep on posting =)
