WOULD YOU... want a happy or a sad funeral?

We may have pondered upon our own passing, the things that we want done once we set off to the afterlife: a burial, a cremation or a particular quirk to be done on our tombstones. But I believe many would have already imagined what their funeral should be like once it comes to pass.
How would you want your funeral to go?

I know people would not do it the way I want them to but I would not like anyone to cry over my body. I always wanted to keep my family happy and I would request them to be happy and think about life without me. After all, crying does not serve any purpose, does it?

Allowing family to grieve - even for a short time - would be healthy, I think. It would give them time to integrate their lives, and consequently enabling them to let go. I wouldn't want my family to grieve for me for years, but that short grieving time should be there to allow them to recover.
