bars have parking lots?

Extremely good topic. I think there are parking lots in bars because of fun. Drinking and driving cause many disturbances. Government thinks of them and try to overcome them and introduce rules for the public. But they don't put them in proper way. They have to think of a problem very seriously and try to solve the biggest problem right from the roots. Their rules are incomplete and don't mind in thinking of them again.
