How many ways do you do eggs? I have made them in so many ways, I should write them down sometime..lol Just plain fried or boiled eggs just don't do it anymore.. Omelets, oh my goodness, when there isn't something out for dinner and I want something easy to do. I get a few eggs out, whip them up with a few spices, then pour them in a pan. Then I look in the fridge for left overs, I start cutting up this left over chicken, then a little onion, some vegies from last nights supper, add some cheese. Take it all and make an omelet. My omelets never taste the same. Eggs have many uses and great recipe's, what are your favorites?

I like to make Omelets, with green pepper, onion, cheese, and mushrooms.. I generally do not add meat to the omelet or its just too hard for me to fold it right.. One day I would like to make devils eggs I think they are called.. The ones that are made during the holiday season.. Just haven't tried yet.. My son loves scrambled eggs, he does not really care for all of the toppings with his eggs..

Deviled Eggs that is actually simple to do.. boil eggs, cool them down, then peel them. Cut the egg in half length wise Pull the yokes out and put them in a bowel. Take the sliced egg white and lay them in a tray after you do all the eggs like this then you work the filling. If any of the eggs you peeled didn't turn out to well, you can also add them to the yokes to be used in the Mix. Use fork and crumble the egg yokes in the bowl. I usually chop onion real fine add that, then a teaspoon or so of pickle relish. Add a squirt or two of mustard. then add a table spoon of mayo, depends on consitency of mix. Mix all together After I get the consitency I want, I use a teaspoon to fill the egg whites of the mix. Then after that is done I take and shake paparika on the tops. There ya go .... I think that's it.. wrote it all from memory.

just remember for every egg your make two.. don't over make a bunch and end up having to throw some away because of spoilage. Mayo and egg, doesn't last real long even in the fridge.. make enough for you to enjoy for a day or so. Have fun

Hi, You might lose your craving for eggs after I tell you this. When I was about 7 years old I was a thin child, so my mom would make milkshakes for me and put a raw egg in the blender with the ice cream and milk. She would give it to me after I went swimming. They always tasted great, and you can't even taste the egg, but it does build your body stronger. I saw a Rocky movie once where he drank raw eggs from a glass, yuk! I couldn't do that.

i can remember my father when I was a child beat up eggs in a glass and drink them, he said it settled his stomach. Now I can't do this but I think the protein in them is good for you. I know they tell me to beat a raw egg into my dogs food it makes his hair shine.

She ate everything still there were things she just wouldn't eat. Ever her of one eat lettuce, My Princess did...lol oh and raw tomatoe's too..

I am so sadly inept in the cooking department. I just bought egg beaters. No fat, cholesterol, 99% real eggs...Actual eggs I know are good for me, but I like eggs too much to eat real eggs all the time. So I tried egg beaters. They are much better now than they were years ago when my mom tried to make me eat them. I like to add salsa to them.

Crustless Quiche - A slice of crustless quiche that I made.
I like to make a crustless quiche. It is the best way to make eggs ahead of time. It keeps for several days in the refrigerator. You can just cut a slice and heat it in the microwave and it is very tasty and you can put anything you like in it. Here is my recipe. http://www.gather.com/viewArticle.action?articleId=281474977668593

hi!!!eggs are of varied uses in ones kitchen.Besides omlets, you can try pancakes, puddings and even use the egg white to soften chicken during marination. Not only that, sometimes eggs also find their use in the make up room. Use it on your hairs and believe me it works!!It will soften your hairs and make them shiny...Coming back to kitchen, you can also pour the beaten egg white on bread slice and get delicious toasted bread. This one is my favourite.
