What are you doing this summer to keep in shape?

Ready to hit the beach or are you still hiding behid all those layers of clothing.
I made myself a pact that i would lose the last 15 pounds ive been trying to lose,
And i want those who also need to loose some extra weight to tell me what are you doing to get in shape or keep in shape.Me, first im gone do allot of cardio 30 minutes of running jogging walking kickboxing everyday.Monday through thursday im going to do strenght training such as squats crunches deadlifts sittups v ups planks isometric exercises.friday through sunday im going to go hiking dancing somthing i can do outdoors and have fun.So tell me some of your weight lost secrets or tips.We need to make america a better america not a overweighted 1 thanks

i cannot do a lot due to my knees (i have no cartlidge in them and walk with a cane) but i have been doing sit ups since christmas and have gone down 1 size, plus i have been watching what i have been eating. i also walk and work outside of the house, so i walk to the bus stop and walk home again and am fairly active at work too.

this week i have been cleaning the house, walking the dog and painting my room, which feels like i have been doing a gym workout, and i feel my thighs and my bum have been working out lol
