What gets on your nerves or annoys you

Today I was driving to sonic to get a drink and I had some person behind me who wouldn't get off my but....I tried slowing down , he could have passed me on either side but instead decided to stay there . It totally grinded my gears ....grr it annoyed me so bad . We go to a red light and i got out of my car and then he finally drove off into another lane ...why are people like that ? Does it give them pleasure to see you getting annoyed

LOL... I am not laughing at you..i ts just that.. a few hours ago.. my mom and I were driving down the road andthe exact same thing happend.. except... mom just totally slowed down and.. they stayed so close on our bumper... that it ticked her off beyond belief.. (all of us really)... and so when they finally gunned it to pass.. mom gunned it too.. lol.. which was ok.. they were going to go around and turn at a corner less than a quarter of a block away.
