How often do you check your car's oil?

I just checked mime this morning. I hadn't checked it since I had the oil changed like a month ago! The car is down a quart. I need to keep reminding myself to do more often!

You must drive a lot! I only check mine every few thousand miles, and then that's usually the time I end up changing it. My car uses soy oil which I've found lasts usually at least 3,000 miles but usually 5,000 is okay too.

I drive an average of 45 miles a day to and from my two jobs! When I go see family I'll end up driving 200 to 400 miles round trip depending which family member I visit!

Hi Blue, I don't check my car's oil untill the car meter shows the empty symbol shows.
