I have been an avid reader since I was aout 7 years old. Being such a lover of books I can read a book in one day. In fact more than one if I have nothing else to do. In my lifetime I have read hundreds of books. I have so many favorite authors and so many favorite books. I recently dicovered an author name Joy Fielding and have already devoured 6 of her books. Yesterday I found 2 more. I love the way she writes. I read her book Grand Avenue and told my boyfriend , this is the best book I have ever read. I highly recomend it in case any of you are ever ooking for a good read. Its more a women book as it deals with 4 friends and the struggles of life and maintaining those friendships whole. What is your favorite book??

How I love to read books. And I love almost every book that John Grisham had authored. I also read college story books.

Honestly, I am not a bookworn, but I do have my favorite books, not only one, because I think people's interest always change, me too. I seldom read books, sometimes I will try to read one because of friends' strong recommendation. I am a Chinese, so the books are Chinese, I was trying to read some English famous books but I failed because of my poor English, I found they are all new words. Pengbubu,

I am also a reader. I read all kinds of different books. I don't know if I could pick an all time favorite. I keep a lot of my reference books and up-lifting books, otherwise I turn my books into the second hand store and purchase new books. If I HAD to pick a favorite book I guess it would be Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes. I don't know exactly why I would say that is my favorite, but I have always enjoyed that book and have re-read it several times over the years.

Thank you for sharing information about the book, i'll see if i can get myself a copy of the said book. in response to your question, well like you, i'm also a bookworm myself. I have numerous favorite books from different authors so it's quite hard to think about it. nonetheless, I would say that amongst all books i've read, for the non-fiction category, i'd say the best i've read is that of Joyce Meyer's The battle belongs to the Lord and for the fiction i'd say the best would be the Harry Potter series.

It's hard to pick one favourite book when there are so many good ones. Currently, I'd say my favourite is... King of Torts, by John Grisham. I used to read mystery/detective stories like those Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew books. Now, I read mostly science fiction or fantasy.
