Insert -- Movies and Sounds -- Movie From File. This is the menu to insert a viedo into a Powerpoint presentation.

Method I:
1.Get URL of Youtube video
2.Insert the ActiveX Control Shockwave Flash Object to your PowerPoint
3.Add the Youtube video link to your PowerPoint
4.Fine tune YouTube video in your PowerPoint file

Method II:
1.You can convert the Youtube video to avi formats with the help of Leawo Free avi Converter(http://leawo.com/video-converter/free-aviconverter.html)
2.insert the avi file into PowerPoint.

By going to the Insert Options. It looks like the other users have given you exact instructions so I'm not going to repeat them again. However what I DO want to tell you. You have to make sure that the computer you're using has programs to open the FLV file. Probably would be save to covert the FLV to WMV or MPEG file. Those are more universal and can be opened by almost any computer. Since the FLV format is newer lots of computers don't have that capability, my friend.
