An ordinary person may consider meditation as a worship or prayer. But it is not so. Meditation is arising the awareness within you. Whatever you do with awareness is meditation, like listening to bird, watching your breath. Do you do such kind of meditation?

I do Chakra dhyana(meditation). Actually it involves concentration of seven chakras in the psychic body. The seven chakras are Mooladhara, Swadhisthana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddhi, Ajneya and Sahasrara. Activation of these seven chakras would take you to a divine state of existence. It also helps in opening up of various doors of consiousness.

meditation is the art of the control of breath . this teaches us how to concentrate on our breath how to control it how to master the control of breath. all you need to do is concentrate just on your breath how it goes in how it goes out and think of nothing else this help you to increase your concentration and increase you mental strength. This is very simple you can do it any where you like in your home your office any time morning evening when you getup or before your sleep . this has helped me a lot and even my friends who had asthma had been cured of the asthma so all of us need to do this in order to make our life better
