Would you come from Brazil in an air france AF447 flight when it restarts its AF447 service? The purpose of asking this question is the curiosity to understand people's psychology to travel on a same long haul flight route with a same carrier, which have had trouble in the recent past. Thanks..

I think air crashes are very sad. They happen from time to time. Airlines should keep their planes in excellent order. No pilot wishes to crash and they take great care flying the air craft. If I wanted to visit Madagascar I would probably go there on Air France. If I went to Brazil I would go on a different airline.

hi abetole, I would not fly Air France on any flight if there was an alternative available. I never liked the airline and there service was always really poor.
The only airline I knew that served champagne in plastic tumblers!
As far as flight AF447 goes I would not feel in any danger. Air accidents are very rare and I would think that statistically you have a much greater chance of dying in a road accident.
