Do you smoke? Why or why not?

My parents smoke. I don't. I respect their decision to smoke and they respect my decision of not smoking. We live in harmony. I don't smoke because of health reasons. My parents, though I worry a lot about their health, find a certain degree of happiness in smoking. I know I can't take cigarettes away from their hands, but I never will join them puffing smoke. Respect is key, I guess. if that's what they want, then they can have it.But I'm not losing hope that someday, they'll stop smoking for their own good.

I do not smoke, I do not allow smoking in my home. I was born with my lungs under developed, I stayed in the hospital for some time after my birth and I was not premature. My children were premature and had breathing issues as well. It is not worth the the health risk to me and my family.
