Do you feel annoyed when a character in a movie your watching delivers a line that is totally flat and senseless?

Well, i think most people would be annoyed if your getting into a movie taking time out of your life to watch it and they say something thats not worth hearing. i see these kinds of things happening even more now with much better editing tools and equipment along with more funding and also better writers.
