Hello my fellow myLotters, just curious to find out what time do you guys normally sleep every night? For me, I usually go to bed around 11.30pm every night. The latest I need to go to bed will be 12.30am, if not I won't be able to get up on time tomorrow morning at 6am. My night time routine is logging into myLot from 10pm until 11.30pm after I put my daughters to bed. I always had to control myself to log off from myLot by 11.30pm. Think you guys know what I mean =)) Happy myLotting o

I go to bed anywhere between 10 and 12 but I also don't sleep very well. I'm up most of the night listening for my 5 month old lol.

Hi kirstinmomof2, I have been through that stage of my life too. My daughters are now older, but I still need to set my alarm to wake up and bring my youngest daughters to pee in the middle of the night. Unlike you, I fall asleep very fast and I am quite a heavy sleeper that is why I need an alarm to wake me up during the night. Lucky for me, my husband don't mind helping up during those nights when my daughters were still very young many years back. Have a great day ahead =))

You are such a wonderful and responsible mum. Some woman just have more instinct of being a mother like you and some of my female colleagues. You almost devoted all your time taking care of your children. For me, although I love my daughters very much and would like to spend as much time with them, I would still want some time of my own. So some days, I will left my daughters overnight at my parents' place.

Lucky you! My hubby refuses to wake up in the middle of the night or earily morning. I kinda do it myself as far as that goes. On the otherhand I like to do it myself so I know how much she has had to eat and diapers and everything.

Hello sumanadep, thanks for your reply. It must be very tiring to work until so late in the night. But like you were saying that your body is getting more or less used to it. But I think that it will be good for you health if you can catch some sleep during the weekends which I always do. Take care and Happy myLotting =))

All changes when we have kids.
Since I work at home, my computer stays opened most of the time. Excepting my short or long vacations, when I don't even stay close to a PC. So, I have no program at all.
But I used to. That's recent.

Hello Emma, I agree that beauty sleep is very very important to woman. With my kind of sleeping time, you can imagine my dark eye circles.... =)) For me, I sleep quite well in the night. I really pity you cos you really don't get much sleep with all the dreaming going on. Guess it will be good for you to seek professional help. My sister is not a very good sleeper too. Some nights, she will need to take relaxant medication prescribed by our family doctor to help her sleep better. So I guess you should do something about your sleeping problem. Take care o

Hello spamind, welcome to the big family of myLot =))
Hahaha... I totally agree with you that there are too many interesting websites and articles to read online. That is why sometimes my husband called me being 'deeply poisoned by the PC' = zong dian nau du tai sheng. He will get angry sometimes if I stayed up the whole night surfing the net. Happy myLotting o

Hi amy0214, I can understand your situation cos I am in similar situation as you. Now my daughters are older, so they more or less have a routine bed time not like when they were still babies. For weekdays and Sunday, they go to bed at around 10 pm. For Friday and Saturday, they usually sleep at 11 pm - 12 midnight. Have a great day ahead =))

For me, I sleep at around 12 o'clock in the everning, sometimes I go to bed at 10 o'clock because I had planned to do something tomorrow, so I have to keep a clear mind. Sleep after 0 o'clock is a little late for most of us, we should try to avoid this, it's unhealthy.
Happy mylotting, Thhoon72.

Hi jefflu2008, please take good care of your health. It is very important to sleep early inorder to recover from your illness. I can see that your normal bed time is still consider as quite healthy. Good for you =)) From your response, I gathered that this must be your first child. Am I right? This is the cutest time of your child, so I believe you don't want to miss out too. It will be good to standby a video cam anytime to record his movement and activities. I can tell you it is really a very good memory for you and for him. Cheers o

Hello there, thanks for the reply. It seems that many people sleep around 11 pm to 1 am which is actually not very good for our body. For me, i just have too many things that I want to do after I put my daughters to sleep at 10 pm. Right now is about 11.30 pm Singapore time, and I can feel that my body is getting very tired. But I still got a few more responses to comment and I also saw a few interesting topics that I want to respond. I will try to target to go to bed by 12 mn. Cheers or Zzzzzzz..... =))

Hello AndrewBoi, so you are another night shift worker. Working night shift is very taxing on your health. So, pls take good care of yourself. My night shift colleagues always complained of difficulty to sleep during the day time. In fact, most of them just sleep for less than 6 hours a day. They would sleep in the morning like about 9am and then wake up by 1 or 2 pm. What about you? Cheers o

I will try to sleep before 10.30pm. Only if I sleep for 6-8 hours, next day I could do all my works without any drowsiness. If I sleep for less than 6 hours, my headache will start next day. I wont be able to do my works properly. So I try my level best to finish all my work before 10.30 and sleep nicely.

Hihi =))
It is good to have a fixed routine and go to bed by 10.30pm. Well done!!! When i was still single, I am able to go to bed early like you. But now, with a family and 2 daughters, I always think that 24 hours is not enough for me. I can only do my things like surfing online, reading or watching my favourite dramas after my daughters go to bed at 10 pm. That is how my dark eye circles come by..... Cheers o

Hihi =)
Hahaha.... I was also dreaming of making money in myLot when I just joined. But you got to be really really hardworking to be able to meet the minimum payout in a month. Now, constantly, I will think of what good topic to post so that I can have more responses. Unlike you, I fall asleep pretty fast and I am quite a heavy sleeper. Thus, I need 3 alarm clocks to wake me up in the morning. Kekeke....

Hello OGIBARRA, it must be tough working in the night shift when everyone is sleeping. I definitely can understand your responsibility of earning money to support your family. My hubby's working hour is during the normal day time, but once or twice in a week, he will need to work OT. Sometimes, he will be back home by midnight, other times, he will only be back 36 hours later. Well, that's life =)) Cheers.

My earliest bed time is about 10pm cos I need to put my daughters to bed first. I will sleep very very early if I am sick and on medication which makes me drowsy. Once I'm on the pc, times really past very fast, very soon it will be 11.30pm and time to sleep. Thanks for your response. Happy myLotting o

Hello jugsjugs =)
I guess it is a fixed routine that you sleep at 1 am and that you have get used to it. Thus, I don't think that you have a problem sleeping before 1 am. I can concentrate and respond better in myLot when all my children are in bed. With them around, sometimes it took me 10 mins to write a short comment. Cheers o

Hello suj123, thanks for your response. The reason why I stayed past my normal sleeping time is either reading, watching my favourite Japanese or Korean dramas or surfing the net. For instance like now, it is 12.35am in my country and I'm still myLotting =)) Sometimes, you just forgot about the time when you can doing your favourite things. Guess I got to log off soon, if not I won't be able to get up at 6am tomorrow. Cheers o
