Do you know that half of our life was spent sleeping? Have you ever bother to think bout it? Sleeping is the way to rest our body. Relieved us from the tension and pressures of our life. Having the right time of sleep is good for us. But sleeping too much is a case that can be a disease.

There are so many reasons we sleep other than just resting. Our body also uses time spent sleeping to replenish vital neurotransmitters which means that we can live healthier when we're awake. Also, sleep allows protein synthesis to take place, which used amino acids from the food we've eaten all through the day.
People who are ill sleep for a lot longer than people who are well, as they need the extra sleep to be able to recover.
