Can Andy Murray make the Wimbledon Final?

I think it's a real shame he didn't get through to the final. But he is still only 22 years old and therefore I am sure in the next few Wimbledon championships he will surely get better and get through. It would be amazing if he won!

Hi Flydanman, I think Murray can make it to the final and he has an excellent shot at winning the tournament. For a few reasons, one, he had already reached a grand slam final last year at the U.S OPEN so he knows the pressure of performing on the biggest stages, two, he has an excellent head to head against the man who's most likely to await him in the final, Mr. Greatest of All-time himself, slam 14 Roger Federer. Murray is not the outright favorite for the title so despite all the hooplahs about becoming the first British man to win Wimbledon in 70+ plus years, I think he would play the final with his usual flowing style, and you never know what's going to happen come Wimbledon Sunday.

Andy Murray is England's best bet yet since Henman. I think this year could be Murray's year. I think with Nadal pulling off, the only major hurdle in front of him is the R Fed Ex. If he can take down Federer then he would be winning his first Grand Slam. But given his past checkered record in the Grand Slam events, I am still not convinced he will win it. Cheers! Ram

Andy Murray is good and talented.. He may get to the finals this year,but in my opinion, its quiet tough for him to win the slam... After all,Roger is in his top form!!
