sleeping...a waste of time?

Some of us think that sleeping is just a waste of time, because they give more importance their jobs/career. And that is absolutely wrong. Actually, sleeping is just like an investment one makes in buying. That definitely pay off. A good sleep is required for having a good health, mental and emotional functioning and safety. So we must find out time from our daily busy schedules, give rest to our working brain. Our brain really requires rest.Its start to give up after a long working hours...So think bout it, does sleeping waste your time???

Okay.. In MY opinion.. Sleeping is REALLLLLLYYYYY important in life, and health! If you are tired get some sleep..! Sleep for at least 8 hours at night, Sleep a little early (Not too late), wake up a little early :) not too late again, Sleeping a long time, Is a WASTE of time, But it is OK sometimes, like when you're tired from a journey. Rest is really important in life, thats what i think!

When I was young I thought sleeping was a waste of time too but then I was young and did not know any better. Of course,sleep is very important.Cheers!!

7-8 hours is so okay to thy body. But over sleeping is really waste of time. Instead of doing planning or work just slothful in bed is not so good. Good hours of sleep is healthy to our body but oversleep is bad is idleness. Lazy is one of the deadly sin in Christian world. Have4 a nice day.
