When i get upset or stressed out i just turn to my mp3 player or the radio to calm me down. Music is the best way to relieve those awful stress issues or the drama that you are currently going through. Just pop those head phones on and allow yourself to flow with the music. It is best to pick some up beat music if u are down cause if you are going to listen to slow music when u are sad it will just increase the sadness. So yall when you think that you are fixing to lose your sanity just turn to your favorite music and trust me everything will be okay!

music is my panacae for the pain, it is the balm that soothes me. i love metal and there are various types of metal. when i am sad or low i listen to the operatic, moody type with doomladen vocals and some of the slower ones, i do that till i feel better. then there is the music when i am cooking i love that combination heavy metal and food preparation.

I love listening to music, no matter my mood. It definitely helps relieve stress. Whenever I have a lot of things on my mind that are stressing me out, I put on some good music and just relax. Some people don't understand it and have asked me how I can just zone out to music, but it really helps me.

Same as me, i do listen to music when i feel any headache. I really love listening to slow music, pop, and love songs but when I'm in stress, I don't recommend listening to it. It will only end up worsening my headache. I only listen to rock music or something that has a faster beat and rhythm.,
