I think drinking tones of water everyday does help! It flushes away all the dirts inside of you, it is not harmful, you can try :-)

I also find that green tea (or other herbal teas) work to flush your system too.

Hi there, i dont really fond of using cosmetics. Sometimes too much make up can damage your face, anyway for me eating right food can help you to get glowing skin. You should eat enough vegetables and fruits this two are really good souce of vitamins that good to our health, ofcourse we all know that. Drinking enough water also added glow to your skin, enough water for your body keeps your skin alive and not dry. Have enough sleep this will also added for glowing skin although i cant do this lately. Well i already gave the things i know can help to achieve glowing skin, if your not satisfied or dont believe me i am welcome to any opinion from you. Keep on posting good discussion and happy mylotting =)

drink fresh homemade fruit juices daily and drink more water daily . u'r skin can glow within days. don;t go in hot sun with out sun screen lotion. don;t use heavy makeups daily and better to stay out of any makeup. put fruit pulp on u;r face and wash after 15 minutes. it will give u glow within days. sleep enough hours and do simple exercises daily. take juice of half an orange or tomato, and add two spoons of curd to it. Lightly massage on to ur face in an upward direction.Let it dry. Then,wash your face with cold water and wipe dry. This will give your skin a nice glow. apply cabage juice to our face and leave till it dries.then wash with cold water. u can use apple skin as u;r cleanser. u take an ice cube and rub on ur face. Then, pat dry. This helps to improve blood circulation and keeps your skin healthy.

I've written quite some post on tips on health and beauty in my blog. here's a link check it out. http://palwashacyra.blogspot.com After reading a lot on home remedy and beauty tips, i've come to a conclusion that you skin needs food too, so whatever you are eating.. apply a little on your face. (or wherever you want). OF course by that i mean, fruits, yogurts, milk, vegetables. Not meat, and burgers. lol. Now that you know this, try eating more fruits, so that you can apply a thin layer on your skin too. get a cucumber, eat it, leave a quarter or so, and rub it on your skin, or take a nap with cucumber slices on your face. Also water... i know you've heard this a lot, but water is more important than you think. Try drinking the double amout of water you usually drink, you'll see your skin in a better shape in a week.

Home made packs can do wonders to your skin.What is your skin type ?Take few strawberries,half teaspoon lime juice,one teaspoon honey .Mash and blend the ingredients.Apply on your face and let it stay for ten minutes.Wash off with water OR Make a thick paste using oatmeals and yogurt.Apply on your face.Keep it for ten minutes scrub and wash with water. Drink plenty of water ,coconut water and fruit juice.Eat ten presoaked almonds daily for smooth and glowing skin.
