Well buddy this is a question that touched me as i often get mad. People call me that you are mad but what i can say is that i am really emotionally driven and so i behave like that, people might find it strange but i am more of a sensitive person so i do get mad frequently and that's the area which i would like to change in myself. I get mad as often as once in 3 days. if there is any things that makes me mad then i might be upset the very next second. Lets see how long it will take for me to change.
Good Luck. Keep Smiling. take Care.

I have a issue with my anger as well. I am very sensitive too and I was never really like this when I was younger. Before I had my kids and a little after I was not afraid of anything nor did I get mad all the time. Now I do and I hate it I need to put some change into my life and I agree I need to start with myself. Thanks for taking the time to respond and happy mylotting to you as well.

I will be quite, really quite and when thing getting worse, I will try to sleep even though I'm not sleepy. Usually during this time, I will talk to myself and trying to console my ownself while figuring out the benefits of me being angry and sad or mad all of sudden. It hard for me as I'm a sensitive person. But I'm kind a person who will keep it all to myself, it hard, but I vent out my anger in other ways.

Hello.
Actually im a calm person so others are having a hard time to determine if im already mad or still okay.
Anyway, when i'm mad, i control my anger as much as possible; i kept quiet; i do something where i can show off my anger, an example of it is playing basketball in an amusement center; or i eat sweets.:)
Sometimes when my 4 ways dealing with it failed, i talk to my bestfriend and tell about it and ask for a hug if possible.:)
Happy mylotting to u..

Eat sweets huh? I could not really do that because I think I would get way too big. I seem to get angry over stupid stuff sometimes and I do need to work on it. I have been thinking about taking walks more often that way I can exercise plus blow some steam off too. Take care and happy mylotting to you.

I get mad or angry quite often at my 17 year old daughter. she just cannot stay out of trouble, no matter what. I deal with now by making her stay home so she cannot og out and make trouble for herself. When she makes me mad, I surely let her know it straight up now.

I don't often get mad. I have a slow fuse, but once its gone off I have been known to slam things around, yell (generally at the person making me mad) and other ways express my anger. Having said that, if I remember what I'm mad about, I stay mad, fortunately, I have a pretty poor memory now a days.

I am getting mad when things gone wrong when it started out right. Sometimes when I am I used to scream it all out in a far away space or place, I used to segregate myself to the people , I don't want other people be affected on what is happening to me , so I separate in to them. When I am mad, when everything is still not ok, I do not talk. I like to think by myself, mostly some of my friends already know me, for being that kind. when I am ok, that is the only time I talk to someone.

I am pregnant at the moment and it seems as if things really set me off lately. I do not blow up or yell and scream though. I try to calmly talk about what is upsetting me and getting to the bottom of it before having any sort of temper tantrum. I have come a long way because I have been known to have a short fuse (in the past) and back when I was younger it was not unlike me to yell, scream, throw things and curse quite a bit. These days I am older and calmer.

Wow! That is a loaded question. First let me say, when I am happy, sad, angry or mad, most people know it. If someone has upset me I let them know. Of course I am talking about my friends not co-workers or strangers, etc. I am very black and white and I believe in letting someone know if they did something to upset you or hurt your feelings, etc. As far as me getting mad.....usually I "vent" I tend to "vent" if I am upset for about 2 minutes and it is forgotten. I tend to roll things off my back rather quickly. On the flipside of that, I truly appreciate when someone has done something nice for me. When someone goes out of their way to be nice I truly, TRULY appreciate it.

I only get mad when the situation is getting worse. I don't get mad easily and I'm try not to get mad easily because when I'm in that point I really don't who I am. I feel like losing my self, Im out of control. So Im always control my self to be calm whenever the situation is bad or embarrassing.

I'm not really sure right off hand how often I do get mad. I know that when I do get mad it seems that I get mad for awhile, but I get over it. I usually tell myself there's no reason to be mad and remove myself from the situation for a bit. Sometimes it helps to make myself feel bad to a certain extent, and while I know that sounds strange and unhealthy, it helps me calm down faster and I come out of whatever mad stooper I was in to begin with.
