Is this form filling job a scam?

there are many form filling jobs available but all are scams
Look at this site: http://www.fastopportunities.com/
he has given the mobile number. what does it mean.
Is it a scam site like others? They are asking for money Rs. 1500
and you will get Rs. 20 per simple form like filling just name and email id. what's the concept behind this?
If anybody has any experience with this site, plz feel free to give details.

Here is a place for you or anybody else to use for researching scams online. I have NO AFFILIATION with this site, it's free to use for anyone.
It's.......www.ripoffreport.com.....and you can punch in the name of the company you wish to investigate.
Never pay someone, that's your first clue, to work for someone.

EVERYTHING about this cheaply built, badly spelled site screams "scam" to me! NEVER part with money up front - legitimate sites NEVER request you do this.
I had 3 weeks free use of a writing site. When the time was up, I was sent a polite request that my year's membership (of about $50, all in) was about to go out of my PayPal account - did I want to cancel? I said no, the payment got sent, the job offers and free emags kept arriving ... and I'm happy.
THAT's how a LEGITIMATE site works!

I think that is a scam since they are already asking amount of money from you, you better be careful with that site. If you want legitimate online jobs and earn dollars, you can add me as a friend and send me a pm and will give you the details.
