Road Rage and Rubber necking

The traffic here is really bad and it seems like no matter what repairs or expansions its just not enough. I don't like getting angry on the road but it happens alot,I am fussing and cussing etc all the way to work. That can't be good. How do you deal with your road rage. Not to mention all the people who act like they have never seen an accident. They happen everyday, why do they always have to look?
