A perfect sunset in the backdrop, Oh man what a location or just think a dream house on the sea side beach and you are daily witness to the glorious sun uprist! Oh for that view man and its faboulous to be there at the time of the first ray of sun arising out of the clouds beyond the silent sea! What do you say?

If I would like to buy my dream house in the future, I want my house to be near or adjacent to a lake as I like the water and lake water is not salty and not sticky to the skin unlike sea water. I also like watching the sunset at the late afternoon.

Anywhere is fine as long as I'm with the person that I love so much!

I think i would love to have a house in the countryside away from the noise and business of cities and the workplace, so that when you come home you feel like your leaving work at work and not bringing it home

Owning a home on the beach is a great dream but the realities of it are more complicated than just watching beautiful sunrises. If you live on or near the beach you have to worry about the impact of storms and the damage they can do to your home. You also have to worry about beach erosion which could eventually take the ground away underneath your home. I live in Florida but not along the coast. It's more congested there and more expensive. Instead my husband and I live in south central Florida where we're a little over an hour away from beautiful beaches on two coasts but our cost of living is less and we're more protected from hurricanes and tropical storms.

I would love a house to be aside by the beach. Garage with 2 bathrooms at least. About 4 bedrooms with Living room kitchen Office slash (Den) type room, Finished basment one side game room other side laundry facility.
Study room sliding doors off to an area that goes on to a large deck with an in ground pool. and hot tub.
The other side of the house with a beautiful garden and flowers. with gazeboo.

This is tough because there are a few places where I would want to have a dream house. But I think I'll take a house on the beach or one on a lake anyday. But they would both have to be in a spot where it's somewhat secluded but not too far from anything else. Just as long as it's possible for me to have some peace and quiet outside when I want to.
