Haven't you noticed that 3" hair coming out of your eyebrow?

I'm sure you have seen them, and I hate to say it, but mostly on men, that hair that is so long it could reach the moon. It is usually complete with a long nose hair and bushy ears. Why don't people get rid of them? Do they have no friends or family tht say "Hey you have this long out of place hair, maybe you or I should trim it? Are they unaware of this hair or is it a fashion statement and I am out of touch with the trend?
