do you find your tired if you sleep for 12 hours + or less than 8 ?

I do not have the luxury of sleeping for 12 hours.I usually get just 6 hours of sleep or maybe even less.Cheers!!

I'm an 8 hour girl. I find that if I sleep longer than 8 hours I actually feel more tired. Less than 8 I can function but I tend to get a little grouchy. More that than I feel lazy!
