I purchased the Wii Fit in February of this year. Just recently, I bought a few more items to add a little variety. The Wii Fit is great for beginning a workout regimen, but it can get repetitive. My dad built me a step to use with the step aerobics portion, so it's a bit harder. I don't believe the scale ever liked me. It would always say I was gaining, so I've stopped using it as an accurate weight loss tracker. I can't even count how many times I've used that thing! My usual routine would be something like this: basic step, advanced step, 6 minute hula hooping, advanced boxing, strength training, and then some yoga. I have heard it's best to do your stretching at the end, so that's why I'd save yoga as my last task!!

i try to use it at least once a week. sometimes more if i'm being a good girl! i love it. anytime i do it for 3 or 4 days in a row, i can see a noticible change in my hips/sides. i always start out with hula hoop for 6 minutes, to get my blood flowing. then i'll usually do yoga, but sometimes i force myself to do strength. my son loves to do the jogging. i can't do it though because we live upstairs and my neighbors would think there's an elephant running loose in here! haha. i don't have money for a gym membership, and it's nice to be able to workout in my pajamas if i want to.
