How do you get old pass words stuff you lost back

I had computer problems and lost old pass words and etc does any know how obtain them back ?????????????

I have a notebook where I write down my username and passwords. Still there are times I forget to write them down and I have to request my forgotten passwords. At one time, I was using an Excel spreadsheet for that but not anymore.
