How often do you weight yourself?

Haha,,,i weight myself once a week. Is it too often? But i am kind of get use to it. I will be happy to i see my weight stay the same or lose a little big. But i won't mind if my weight arise a little bit, but can not be too much! What about you?

the last time that i got weighed was because i had to and that was about 4 years ago haha. i never do i don't see the point, i am not in training and my weight does not have any bearing on anything, i am in pretty good shape even though i am so lazy and lack the discipline to work out.

Sure she never will. Coz that's why happen to me! lol. my boyfriend keep saying i look just fine! In fact, he would love to see me gain a little bit weight. I was like NO!

ha ha it is just one of those things i do not do like wearing a watch, have not worn one in years. the last one i wore came out of a cereal box and i only wore it because it was a friends thing, my bestie had one too. besides my sister weighs herself and even though she looks perfectly fine to me she laments the fact that she has gained weight, i have tried to explain to her that when you are training you gain muscle mass, but this does not mollify her.

i used to weigh myself everyday, but then my son's friend broke my scale. now the only time i can weigh myself is if i do wii fit. lately i haven't been working out so much, so i maybe do it once a week. a lot of people say it's not good to weigh yourself every day, but i like to do it that often, because it's easier to keep it under control that way.

haha he is a very cute (but very active) little boy and he likes to jump really hard on scales for some reason! oh well, lesson learned. luckily i didn't let him break my wii fit board. :)

weighing scale - weigh me
I used to avoid weighing myself before, but eversince i starting working out, i make sure to weigh myself to check how much i lost or how much i weight again..this is now my watch list since im trying to loose weight. But prior this, and i know that im "large" already, i hate even the sight of weighing scale..im scared knowing how much i weight.

I understand that feeling, everytime i am staying there to weight to myself, i was like close my eyes and say" come on,come one, telling me i lost weight, please" Then i open my eyes, start looking at the scale.

i do it once a month, but i think everything i do it my weight count still the same. I want to loose some pounds by limiting my meal, but still don't work. I guess this is my best weight, because never decrease or increase; stable weight :D

I seldom weight myself because my weight keeps the same almost all the time. Besides, I am thin. So I don't care about my weight. I just hope I can pull on some weights. I love China

I used to watch my weight every now and then. But it seems there is a negative effect on me. The more I see and know that I had lost only a few pounds, I get disappointed and I tend to eat more. Now, I do not weigh myself but I watch what I eat. Always in moderation and eat only when I am hungry.

I am under weight for my height ,so i am trying to put weight.Its not daily but whenever i eat a high calorie food ,soon after i check my weight.May be even twice or thrice a day.I know i wont put on weight as soon as i eat,but to my satisfaction i check very often.My kids aND Hubby laughat me for this.

I weigh myself probably once a month. I just started exercising more frequently so I might check it more often to see if I am losing weight.

I think weighing yourself every one to two weeks is ideal. I weigh my daughter and myself every fortnight as we are both trying to put on weight. Weighing yourself less than once a week probably is too often as you won´t really see the benefit of if you have lost/put on weight and it could start to take over your life. I hope you managed to put on a little weight. I find it very difficult and so does my daughter. Especially trying to eat healthy and put on weight at the same time.

i don't weighted often,actually, i'm don't take care of my weight, i'm not a thin woman,i have some meat on myself,because of i'm addicted at eating, no matter what is? meanwhile, i'm very lazy and not like to do any exercise.fortunately, i'm very health,so i don't take more attention about my weighted.
