The only free one that i know if geocities. Its under Yahoo. i dont know if thers another free webhost online, mostly you need to pay already. Although with geocities, theres this premuim membership, of course the service is diffirent compare to regular ones. But you can give it a try.

The best resource for free webhosts is a website called free-webhosts.com
It has a listing of all available free webhosting providers.
They even give them ratings according to the features available and the Space provided.
I think the best are ATBhosts.com and X10hosting.com
