Depends whether the conversation is held at the phone on in real life. In real life it's important you stay friendly but clear as to where the border is. If someone parks his bike right in your shop you should be clear and say: Would you be so kind as to park your bike outside? Say it in a determined way. As for the phone I've got no clue on what to do rather than stay clear and determined too.
