What time do you start jogging?

I started exercising recently in the evenings. I am wondering whether I should wake up early just to do exercise. myLotters who exercise, what time do you start jogging/exercising?

hi bigfatboy i was thinking of posting the same question i like jogging in the morning, but the important thing is that you are jogging in an empty stomach, so within an hour after the jog you should have your breakfast, jogging after an hour and a half of snacks is naturally the best time to jog. but these days i am more lazy, i should start jogging again

I hate running, but I do go to the gym and use the cardio machines. Exercise is best done early in the day for cardio, later for muscle work. When I manage to get to the gym early I feel much better for it - but rarely have the inclination! Before breakfast is best for fat burning (so long as you don't sneak a chockie bar beforehand) You are running on 'empty' so are forced to burn body fat for energy. Your muscles are in an active state afterwards, meaning your breakfast won't turn to fat.
