I try to buy as much organic food as I can....that I can afford that is. But I do pick and choose to try to save some money. Such as fruits with skin, there's a benefit to buy organic still, but not as necessary as it is for fruits like apples and strawberries.

i don't think there is any benefits to eating organic food, there isn't scientific proof thats it any better than oridinary food. Its too expensive i think i just buy whatever is on offer to get the best deal of the week

I used to have a little vegetable and fruit garden and there is nothing like the taste of organic vegetables and fruits... I have moved since but I still grow my own herbs (basil, parsley, rosemary, etc...). I would rather spend a few extra $$$$ on organic fruits and vegetables than buy fast food.... One has to make a choice to stay healthy in life.
