Where can I find ads????

I have two blog sites and I have Google Adsense and Bidvertiser on both, but I want to know if there are other ads that I can put on my sites that will pay me. I read a discussion once on mylot where some one mentioned that one can put ads on your website but I can't remember the discussion, was too long ago. If someone could help me, please, I would appreciate it. Thanks
