I lost my internet connection two months ago and so i called my internet service provider who promised to get on it a.s.a.p after 2 day's i called again and they said they didn't understand it..... so i called again...they send a mechanic (that gay should have been one of my stundents so .... ignorent.. so i called again they send another one , to keep a long long story very short after 12 mechanics and 2 people that checked the line they asked me "sir have you got any ideas" hmmm yes i have but it will cost you €360,- and a whole new infra struture. They didn't want to pay, instead the collected the money while i had no internet connection so i did the same and sued them for loss of income.. I WON...now i have a different provider.
Don't you think it's strange that an Internet Service Provider can collect while they don't deliver the product your'e paying for ?

I agree but it takes an enourmus amount of knowlage to sue such a compagny the only way i succeded is the fact that i used to be a network security expert and got a LOT of experianse with i.t.i.l guidelines aswell as with Terms.Of.Service (i had to help my own laywer on this subject) but atleast i won ;)

Yes it happened to me as well, but not for a month or so it was for about 2 days and what made me angry was despite my regular requests to them to come and sort that out they didn't and kept saying it will work soon, and that soon never came by.......so i went straight to their office and i spoke to the manager who apologized to me and said that it will be up in few hours and he also gave me back my two days which i lost........and it worked that way........
