My puppy has allergies

My 4 month old pit bull has really bad allergies. She sneezes a lot and has skin irritation from the grass on her belly. This causes her to break out in a rash. We've been to the vet but the medicine they give her is expensive, doesn't work, and has steroids in them. Any home remdies out there so she can have some relief?

My little dog has allergies I take her to the vet once every three months and he gives her a shot of Cortisone. (people get the same thing for allergies) Its about 20 dollars here for the shot and it helps her so much. She isnt constantly licking her paws and trying to itch on the carpet.
For her ears rather than the allergy medicines the vet had for her he told me to try a tea tree ear wash for her and that also helps her alot.
