I was a pre-pharmacy student but I decided that I'm going to change to math major because there's no way that I would find the money for pharmacy school. But I just moved to USA, and I have an accent. So would you guys prefer having a pharmacist or a math teacher with accent. I'm also scared that I might not get a job easily because I'm a minority. Let me know what you think ?

Well you need not be scared, we have many pharmacists here with accents, many from all over the world. Math teachers also with accents and from all over the world. If you look for a job in the larger cities you will have a great deal of competition but to your favor you won't have to worry so much about having an accent and being a minority so it might boost your self esteem a bit.
Truly though I don't think you should worry so much about where you are from as the US has become a pretty open place when it comes to "minorities" although I never did understand why people from other countries were called minorities anyway? Plus we do have discrimination laws to protect you from that.
I think you should do whichever job will suit you best. Whichever one you will be happy with, because the one you will be happy with is the one you will have the most success in.

You made me feel so much better, thank you so much. Unfortunately, a lot of people don't think the way you do. They will tear you apart if you listen to them. I still wish I could afford a voice coach to get rid of it though. But that's not gonna happen, so I just have to deal with it. Thanks again
