IS using Betfair Legal In India?

I would like to get the opinion of the fellow mylotters on this subject. How many of you use Betfair for sports betting? is it legal in your country? I'm from India and sports betting is not a legal activity here, even though efforts are made to legalize it as soon as possible. Betting is a good activity if you do it in an informed and Correct way, Its just like trading the shares of a company if you have good knowledge of the working of the company. If you have good knowledge about a sport you can use it to predict the results of matches and make money with that. I'm really looking forward to making betting legal in India. What you say?
