What game should i actually buy theres many out and coming out for the xbox360

Its a bit away, but Assassins Creed II comes out around Christmas time. Hopefully this one lives up to the hype. And also 2 new Halo games will be coming out sometime soon, with the latest one (Recon?) having a Horde/Zombies feature like Gears and CoD. And then there are Madden and NCAA Football 2010 coming out soon. So there is a fair amount of games, although it is several months till most of their releases.

If you don't have the Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion i would get that. Such an amazing game.
