What are most annoying habits that people around you have?

Some of us have friends, relatives or even spouses that have the worst habits, for instance picking their noses, speaking with food in their mouth, these habits really put me off, what about you? what are the most annoying habits that people around you have and how do you approach them without hurting their feelings?
